Overpopulation creates animal suffering and huge issues for street dogs globally. To see litters of pups dumped on the roadsides, staggering around helplessly, dying from maggot infested wounds, hunger and disease, is so heart breaking. It’s also tragic to see a starving mother dog trying to keep her pups alive against such odds.  Spay/neutering is the solution and has many benefits to promote healthier and longer lives for the animals as well as greater tolerance by locals.
